FAQ

When do I need a reefer truck?

For anything that spoils or loses quality at ambient temperature: produce, dairy, meat, frozen food and medicines.

How is the temperature controlled on the road?

The allowed range is set when the load is posted, the driver reports the temperature and support is alerted immediately if it leaves the range.

How should the cargo temperature be specified?

Use the product specification and contract for setpoint and limits, not one temperature for all food. Reefer air and product-core temperatures are different. Agree precooling, airflow, packaging, report intervals and who responds to excursions.
